David Withers
The group's 'results' driven Building Manager. David is responsible to ensure the entire team develops your home in a smooth and seamless way as possible from 'concept to completion'.
Vivianne Vo
A Building Designer with 'creative vision and a practical attitude'. Viv's designs reflect you - not her ego! Coupled with her design skills and creativity, she will 'crystalise' your ideas with hers to form a concept design before applying for building approvals.
Mark Partridge
A Site Supervisor who loves getting 'his hands dirty 'on the job. Mark inspects the sites daily and co-ordinates all the trades (usually around 30 per home) to ensure your project is delivered on time and to the quality and standards of excellence you deserve.

Geoff Higgins
Our Business Manager, is usually the first person you will speak with. Geoff listens to your needs, provides preliminary advice, visits your site, will show you examples of our work including pre - designed home plans.
Sue Dodd
Our Interior Designer, will assist with spatial, material, colour and cabinet joinery solutions. Sue may also 'tag along' with you to visit many of our Supplier showrooms.
Simon Mesecke
Our Site Trades Assistant and our site supervisor's 'other' eyes and ears. Simon plays a vital team role in ensuring the sites are safe, clean and protected environments during construction.
